if they want you to sure but no i think its bad people should accept you for who you are

people would want to try to look like them and try to by doing surgery

mmmm,... im not sure I just think its bad.

I think because fashion really changes the photo a lot and the photojournalism doesn't do much to change it.

photo manipulation and ethics

A. Summarize the main points of the story in 1-4 sentences.

Someone changed up a photo that a photographer Menahem Kahana took by using some photo shop thing on the computer. The man that changed the photo got fired from his job. This pretty much just talks about how bad it is to change up photo's like the ones that it shows in the "launch" thing. One of them, the original has it with a bunch of guys and then they added like two girls.

B. Explain why you think this type of photo editing is unethical or acceptable.

I think its unethical when they add or take away something that was or wasn't there, it just looks wierd

People would be so distracted and stop working because i had the camera so i couldn't really capture the moments

This is John and Marry. They Have been together for about 2weeks. They love each other oh so much and they decided that they want to merry each other in cardboard boxes. crazy idea? But they had a blast. Lots of yummy cup cakes and water balloon fights.

"Poor puppy." This is Maxy. His owners love to dress him up. They think he likes it, when he doesn't. Clearly you can tell hes screaming for help. So if you agree please sign under saying "poor puppy."

This here is Tod, he lives in Austin Texas. He is sitting in his bathroom trying to save water by washing his dishes while taking a bath. He like to save allot of stuff. He also has only one light in his house that he carries around.

Go into the really dark room, not the one with the light, and take out the film. Make sure their is no light at all. Pull the flat part of the canister, unwind and remove the end of the film and remove the spool by pealing off the tap that connects it. I'm going to use the plastic film reel because its simple to slid one end of the film into a slot on the outer edge the reel. Then i will walk it till it is loaded. Put the loaded reel in the film tank and then put a cover over it. now we can use the lights.Now that it is time to process the film! We will lay out the chemicals in front of us. We will be using a film developer, stop bath, a fixer with hardener, and a hypo eliminator bath.Make sure the chemicals temperature is controlled. The developing time is directed by the speed of the film and the developers temperature. The temperature should at least be 68-70, somewhere around there, for processing. Now we will pour the developer into the open part of the sealed film tank and cover it. We don't want to open the tank itself. Agitation is essential throughout the process, so to do this we will turn the take upside down once a minute. When we are done with this we will tap it a couple of times to remove air bubbles. To stop the developing, we will run watter into the pour spout for a minute. Now you can use a normal light to fix the image, but we have to be sure to use a fixer with a hardener so the photo doesn't get scratched up. This will take about 5 to 10 minutes. Then it is time to remove the tank cover and let the film sit in cold water for five minutes. After that we can remove all the traces of the fixer. We will pour a tank of hypo eliminator and sit for two minutes, then a final was for about 5 minutes.
Now be really careful and take the film out of the tank, make sure to use the washing pins and hang the film to dry. In about two hours it will be dry. We will cut the film into strips six negatives long. We will store them in clear envelopes or some pvc plastic negative pages.

A table football game using Barbie dolls is displayed at the International Design Festival in Berlin. The rows of the barbie's are repetition. i think the one in the middle leads the eye into the frame.

Happy Halloween
A pattern of lights forms a giant 275-foot jack-o-lantern on the side of WaMu Center in downtown Seattle. I would say the lights on the buildings are the repetition. The lights making the jack-o-lantern leads the eye into the frame.

Doe-Eyed
Lisa Simpson appears on television screens on a new Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 after its inaugural passenger flight from Singapore to Sydney, Australia. The rows of the chairs with tv's is the repetition, and i think the two in the front leads the eyes to the frame.

Action and Emotion The action in this picture is the energy coming out of the ball making the girls hair stand up. The emotion in the girls face is shocked like she didn't know it was happening, or shes just laughing because she knows she looks silly.

The Best Story I think this picture has the best story because how its taken i guess, like how its black and white. I bet the story behind this is a kid offered to help out at a old persons home and one day they decide to play a game of bingo i think, looks like bingo to me.

Filling The Frame
This picture has a lot of interesting stuff to me in it. You got a picture of Patrick from Songebob, the writing on the board and all the other random papers every where. Just lots of stuff catch my eye in this picture and its well filled out.

I chose this picture because it brought back memories when i went to sxsw music festival, it was my first time to something like that. It was so much fun, I got to see alot of my favorite bands.

I chose this video because i remember reading it when i was little in the library all the time.
I also went to see it like two days ago and it was a really good movie, made my two guy friends cry hahaha. But yeah i suggest people to go see it.

I think the head phones makes this photo powerful, because I think music is pretty powerful you can express a lot with music. I think its really cool how the trees are reflecting. The lighting in this photo is slightly behind the head phone and i think its a good spot for it, because it kinda makes the head phones look like they are popping out. I really like how well put all it is together like with the water and the reflection of the trees. The lighting and everything with this picture is well put together.

I picked this picture because i like how the girl is like standing out in the photo with the railing she is leaning on.
I see the girl standing looking all sad. I also see the door behind the girl and i also see the railing she is leaning on. All i could hear was wind blowing and other people foot steps walking around me and this girl. I could taste the air, like a dirty taste. I could tell the girl was probably be feeling sad, because she seems kinda sad looking down, but she also looks bored.










This picture caught my eye because the kid i really wanted to see what he was doing and then i saw it closer and i really like how it looks and how the kid is drinking water, makes me think of my brother. But any who what i see in the photo first is the kid trying to drink water out of some box thing (fountain). And behind him looks like some broken wall or something. I could smell the dirty water and the hot air, and the kids sweat. I could hear nothing but the running water and the kid drinking it so fast like hes never had water before. I can taste the dusty, dirty air. It makes me thirsty. I feel hot and thirsty and so does the kid. The kid can feel the water trying to feel his tummy.

I like this picture, how the smoke cloud is like right in the middle, just makes it so perfect. I would have to say this one is my favorite.

The Rule Of Thirds

The twin towers are in the center,

Lines

The lines on the fence is perfect for this one. I like this picture because its well put together. Its kinda sad in a way because everything is like covered in dust.

Framing
This picture has good framing, the explosion is right in the center and has all attention to it. I like this picture because it has really good detail, and i like how you can see all the stuff falling from the building.

Balance
This picture is well balanced he is standing in the middle well put. I like this picture its serious and kinda scary in my opinion, but its a good picture.
